Fort Cairns offers a host of low cost, fast dining stalls.  Cuisine Delight is a great place for famous “Orange Walk” tacos.  Once limited only to Orange Walk, taco stands now dot every municipality and island in Belize.

These tacos are are made of fresh, soft corn tortillas. rolled with shredded chicken inside.  When ordering, you can ask for cilantro and onions, cabbage, or a hot red tomato sauce.

Tacos are 3 for $1.00 everywhere.  Cuisine Delight also offers fresh juices.

Taco stands offer little room for dining in.  Usually you order, eat standing and move on!

Fort Cairns is located behind the town council’s offices.
